Business Program (10 ov)

The goal of the Software Business Program is to educate
future professionals and managers of software businesses who understand
holistically the managerial, operational and technological aspects of software
business. Graduates of the program are prepared to hold a variety of positions
in software companies such as product manager, project manager, R&D manager
and marketing manager. Furthermore students are also prepared to work as
independent entrepreneur in software business.

The Software Business Program has
international orientation and the program can be studied in English.
Prerequisite course:
1) Advanced
special studies (10 cu):
and additionally at least two of the following
courses:
2) Economics as a minor
subject
The students of the Software Business Program are required
to include economics as a minor subject, either basic studies in two subjects or
subject studies in one subject taught in the School of Business and Economics
must be included.
Some of the advanced courses in the program are lectured
only biyearly or less frequently. Alternative completion methods can be offered
for the courses not lectured in the current period.
